Terms and Conditions
We hate rules and regulations but in order to be able to run courses, workshops and masterclasses at the lowest possible price to course participants whilst securing the best tutors and accommodation your bookings with The Wildlife Film School are subject, without exception, to the following Terms and Conditions:
1) If The Wildlife Film School cancels any advertised course on which you have paid any deposits or fees then any monies you have paid will be REFUNDED IN FULL.
2) A deposit of 50 euro is payable in order to book your place on a course. Deposit amounts may vary according to the course length.
3) The balance of the course fee is payable 35 days before the scheduled course start date. You will receive an email reminder. Prompt payment of the balance is requested to minimise on administration costs.
4) Bookings taken less than 35 days before a scheduled course start date require payment of the full course fee at the time of booking.
5) If, for ANY REASON, you fail to turn up for a course on which you are booked and confirmed you will lose all deposits and balance fees paid.
6) If you cancel 35 days or less before a course on which you have paid a deposit and balance fee then the balance fee will be returned in full only WHEN we have secured a replacement for you.
7) These terms and conditions apply to residential or non residential courses, workshops and master classes run by The Wildlife Film School. Any specific booking conditions relating to a course will be indicated to you.
8) You may pay the full fee at the time of booking if you wish.
